As a highly motivated Educational Leader at an all-girls independent school in Perth, I have the privilege of leading and coaching a team of committed staff to influence the next generation of students to make a real difference. LeadershipA diverse teaching and leadership career spanning 20+ years, three countries and multiple cultures across a variety of sectors, including public, private, government, non-denominational and faith-based schools, has culminated in a leadership style that combines creativity, critical thinking and innovation. Leadership has been an integral part of my career journey, developed and finetuned through a number of challenging positions resulting in a growth mindset. Working with students and teachers from a variety of backgrounds has cultivated an openness to new ideas and a willingness to try different approaches.
