This role in financial services has given more focus to my client care skills as well as the need to be able to deal with multi-layered tasks efficiently and competently.Being fully involved in this successful small business almost since its inception has been a joy and a huge learning curve but has given me experience in many different aspects of running a business in such a challenging and compliance focused industry.Running a team of three young, capable and inspirational administrators has helped me to improve on my team leadership attributes and has been a real opportunity to pass on some of my experience in other roles in large organisations.
