As a physician assistant and a vice president of primary care innovation at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, I have over 14 years of experience in building, implementing, and growing integrated behavioral health programs within primary care and specialty medical settings. My core competencies include integrated behavioral healthcare program and evaluation design, implementation support, operational strategy, and policy consulting. I am also an affiliate faculty member at Dell Medical School and an assistant clinical professor at George Washington University, where I teach and mentor the next generation of health professionals. My mission is to improve the quality, accessibility, and affordability of mental health care for all patients, especially those with complex and chronic conditions.
