Recruitment Operations in LBG carries out pre employment vetting for prosepective candidates for the group.There are two sites which perform this function, one in Bristol and one in Colchester.I manage the pre employment vetting function in both sites, working to deliver one best way of working, implementing lean methodology and increasing efficiency.
