This company invests and manages various businesses in South Wales. Therefore, this widely varied role held the following overall responsibilities: implementation of new business start ups, key management of all companies finances and Human resources needs as well as, an overall operational running of the existing businesses including: Cafés, car rental and short-term property leases.

This challenging role allowed me to make influential decisions which aided the growth of this On-line Retail Business. My role held operational responsibility for all aspects of the business, as well as ensuring these were constantly reviewed and improved upon. These responsibilities included:- Overall management of business operations finance, inc profit and loss.- Implementation of all human resources needs.- Key management of company logistics and the improvement of efficiency in day to day running.- The application of account start-ups.- Executing all sales and marketing procedures to increase sales and fulfil targets.- Product marketing and design work for own branded products.- Sole management of deal site and Ebay seller performance ratings and customer satisfaction.
