Direct and oversee our organization's day-to-day operations. Implement operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Execute operating plans and tactics to attain and maintain short- and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals. Evaluate and optimize both our current and proposed operational systems and procedures to gain efficiencies and increase revenue. Ensure the club and staff are in compliance with any and all club and league requirements. Monitor financial and operational metrics to measure achievement of organizational objectives. Interact directly with all of the club members and represent the club as the key point person for all families.
