Holds full accountability for the accurate presentation of both Loan Losses and Impairment Provision to the CFO and the senior finance team for the British, Irish, US and Spanish markets. Primary interface between Credit Risk, Operations and Finance, and Subject Matter Expert within Finance for all matters pertaining to credit losses and the Impairment Provision.• Created and deployed a financial model that forecasts the inventory and interest income of the £400M Renegotiated Debt portfolio to within 0.5% accuracy, dramatically improving reporting efficiencies, yield forecasting, and Impairment Provision forecast.• Secured board level key stakeholder buy-in for a financial model that creates a cash flow impairment provision for both Irish and UK renegotiated debt portfolios and an impairment provision for the non renegotiated debt portfolios which will facilitate a seamless GAAP to IFRS conversion. The model also enables provision calculation stress tests, and greater granularity regarding the make-up of the £700M loan loss reserve, substantially relieving tax calculation pressure from external auditors.• Successfully standardised and automated the expense forecasting process, producing a consistent £0.5M actual versus forecast variable, and reducing FTE days by 3 per month.• Conducted a thorough cost allocation process analysis, rectifying several costly anomalies that resulted in a £7M decrease in European allocations.

Managed all expense planning, GL reconciliations and reporting requirements for several groups within the BOA Europe portfolio. Generated all financial reporting and analysis results, and presented regularly to the senior financial management teams. Additionally produced all annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuring both data quality and accuracy. • Designed and implemented an expense planning statistical model for the Financial Analysts that dramatically increased efficiencies across the forecasting and analysis process.
