I have over 25 years of experience in Workforce Development and Adult Education. I love to design programs, facilitate partnerships, create curricula, and, in general, solve problems! From my years at ABCD I learned how to teach, to motivate and mentor both staff and clients, and to balance the needs and desires of funding sources, employers, and potential workers.Now I enjoy working with a variety of community based organizations, skills training and education providers, and advocacy groups to assist them in reaching their programmatic and development goals. I especially enjoy using my facilitation expertise to help people of varied interests find common ground, achieve consensus, and implement workable, effective plans of action.Most recently, I have been expanding my knowledge of workforce development by exploring opportunities in the Green Economy, specifically Storm and Waste Water Management and Urban Farming. I have found that there is much to learn, even more to do, and endless possibilities!
