CurrentFlybuys is Australia’s largest customer loyalty program equally owned by the Coles Group and Wesfarmers through joint venture Loyalty Pacific. Members can accrue points by shopping at Coles Group brands, certain Wesfarmers brands, and some third-party partners like HCF Insurance, NAB and Optus. Campaigns and Offers are at the heart of Flybuys business to enable members to earn more points to achieve their dreams. I am responsible for this department of the business and have a secondary title of Tribe Lead for Run and Reimagine Squads.Responsibilities:• Run 18 omni channel campaigns,, 3mill personalised offers and 40 trigger based campaigns every week. Sending over 2Bn messages annually.• Reimagine the future of Campaigns and offers for Flybuys using ML/AI and data modelling.• Re-platform 1:1 Comms, Offer orchestration and management, Customer Data Platform.• Create new campaign products for partners including mobile only, complex multiSKU (15K) personalised offers,multi currency offers, sophisticated automated products and reimagine new offer constructs based on partner needs.• Responsible for 5 of the 20 OKRs in the business• Manage a team of 45 including Product Managers, Software Engineers, FEDs, BA, Delivery Manager, Campaign Managers, Data Engineers and Scientists.
