About Clare Stirling

A motivated and enthusiastic leader with an extensive skillset across a range of disciplines. These include engagement and involvement, digital strategy and management, project management, data, marketing, and communications. 20 + years experience in business, charity, and the public sector. I'm currently working part-time as the Service User Experience Manager at Livewell South West. I'm the Co-founder and Director at Made with Maturity, a UX web design company. I also manage the Cream Tea Club business networking events which raise funds for local charities. I started my marketing career in 1999 working for GOSS Interactive as a Marketing Assistant. Over the space of five precious years, I developed and managed a full sales and marketing team.Changing careers, I then worked for EDP Drug & Alcohol Services at HMP Dartmoor as a Drug & Alcohol Worker. It was definitely a role that helped develop those people skills! Further exciting experiences followed by running a residential Leadership Training School and managing the marketing and sponsorship at Plymouth Albion RFC and establishing Made with Maturity in 2015, the current business I own with Ben. With a love of good food and enjoying other people's company, Ben & I started the Cream Tea Club business networking group in 2016. This is a key part of our business and enables us to give back by raising funds for charity. Recent years have also enabled me to expand my skills in the criminal justice sector working in business support coordinator roles with a national and local charity. Throughout my career, I’m privileged to have experienced different cultures and worked with some amazing people. These are all ingredients I bring to my current roles. If you would like to get in touch or fancy a round of golf ⛳️ (one of my other passions!) please do email me clare@madewithmaturity.com or clare.stirling@nhs.net.
