Yorkshire

Responsible for generating project specification sales for lighting to major contractors and specifiers. Achieved over 140% of target in first full year, and delivered full year budget in 2008/09 despite relocation to Borehamwood three months in.

A new role for Thorn Lighting my remit was to help secure complex and major projects consistently across the UK in a business that was still organised regionally. Implementing a standard approach and feel for major project bids, and focusing on PPP projects my involvement and commercial negotiation lead to a number of major project wins.
