As national account manager it is my responsibility to ensure all our clients receive customer service that is second to none for themselves and their contractors.

Responsible for the smooth running of all the payrolls in Originem including umbrella, CIS and PAYE. As part of this role I was responsible for liaising with agencies to ensure invoices were sent on time in order for contractors to be paid successfully within the time-scale agreed.

I worked as part of a busy Customer Services team helping to support contractors. This involved introducing new candidates to the business, explaining how the umbrella processed worked and how Originem would benefit them.
