I joined Solomons Europe Limited in 2004 as a graduate with 4 years prior experience in the building sector. From my commencement with Solomons, I have taken an active interest in the business and became involved in several special projects both internally within Solomons and within my then client organisation United Utilities. In 2009, I was appointed to an Associate role, where I took the initiative and began to tender and market for works on behalf of the company. I was invited to join the Board on an equity basis in 2009 after securing valuable business for the company, both with new clients and my previous client United Utilities.I completed the LEAD Programme at Lancaster University in 2011/2012, a leadership and management training programme specifically for owner managers of SME’s.In 2015 I completed a PGDip in Construction Law through distance learning with Salford University. My day to role involves Key Account Management for a group of Solomons clients and line management responsibility for a team of Solomons staff.
