AtkinsRéalis is one of the world’s leading design, engineering and project management consultancies. I joined AtkinsRéalis in 2006 and spent 4.5 years in Dubai managing an IS team responsible for systems access for 3000 staff, support and development of all internal corporate systems as well as bespoke applications. From 2010 - 2012, I spent 2 years with AtkinsRéalis Management Consultants, based in London working in IT project management across the UK public sector. From 2012 - 2020, I was based in Dubai and was instrumental in leading global and local transformation programmes across the AtkinsRéalis Group. Since August 2020 I have been in the UK, focused on our global digital transformation programme.As a professional coach (NLP Practitioner) I am passionate about mentoring, and act as a mentor to multiple people within the business.
