We’ve grown organically through recruiting good lawyers, providing an excellent service thereby retaining client’s business, whilst growing the client base.Our mission at Bradys, in addition to providing the best possible service and results to out clients, is to create a stronger feeling of ethics and fairness within the sector. There needs to be more clarity and education in terms of the roles of the different parties involved within a leasehold structure- Freeholders, head lessee leaseholders, residential management companies, and the significance of their roles.As a Leader I oversee the strategic growth and development of Brady Solicitors as we work towards our aim of becoming the number 1 law firm for the residential property management industry in the UK.At Bradys we make sure that everyone is treated fairly and purely on merits. I am very clear on the vision of the company and transparent on its successes and its business plan, including financial plan and results. We have a great team at Brady Solicitors and we all get a real buzz from winning new clients and working with them to resolve their property disputes.
