Within this role I am responsible for the coordination of a number of projects that enhance supportive care provision in cancer, both nationally and state-wide.- Led a national quality improvement project across two flagship Cancer Council programs: the 13 11 20 Cancer Information and Support Service and peer support program Cancer Connect. Worked autonomously to engage stakeholders and develop quality frameworks demonstrating best practice service provision.- Coordinate a Victorian state government funded project focused on implementing Optimal Care Pathways in primary care for prostate and oesophagogastric cancer across Victoria. I am responsible for development of education materials as well as engaging with stakeholders to enhance dissemination.- Manage a Victorian state government funded project that increases access to a comprehensive assessment, exercise and education program for cancer survivors in two regional Victorian areas. I am responsible for implementation, as well as quality development to ensure sustainability post pilot.
