I lead legal teams involved in investment, development, financing and restructuring across a range of sectors advising all key stakeholders, including sponsors, financiers, borrowers and the State in their legal solutions.I have worked on all aspects of banking & finance transactions, including property finance, project finance, public private partnerships (including both social and economic infrastructure), corporate finance, debt capital markets, asset acquisition finance, leveraged finance, resource finance and syndicated debt.My experience spans across a diverse range of industries, including mining, gas, infrastructure, renewable energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, construction and property.My career has seen me practice in both South Africa and Australia, and I have been a partner of leading law firms in both jurisdictions. I work to ensure the successful closure of transactions, and have frequently worked on transactions that have cross-jurisdictional aspects.
