The Cheltenham Noticeboard Facebook group, established in 2015, has grown to a community of 40K people and is a hub for recommendations, support, resources and local discussion. The directory is thriving and the network has been bringing leads to its business members for years, to the extent that many of them choose not to advertise anywhere else - they simply don't need to. Some businesses, have extended their workforces to keep up with the amount of work coming in. In 2023 a UK-wide directory platform was added to the offering, which has a map on the Home page.
