As marketing and project co-ordinator for this busy international engineering group, I was responsible for the marketing of the STS brand, the pre-qualification and technical tender submissions for the company and also the development of project specific campaigns such as health and wellbeing campaigns and company CSR commitments. In addition to assisting the project teams with pre-contractual tender projects, I also developed and monitored the on-line and off-line marketing content for the company, including social media platforms, website content and also the design, creation and publication of the company's promotional and graphic material.

I am heavily involved in assessing, diagnosing and designing research solutions to problems in a SME’s business development stages, particularly those relevant to the new product/ service development process.
