As sales leader for Northern California and the Pacific North West Clare is responsible for developing sales strategy, hiring, training and motivating sales staff and achieving sales targets and revenue goals. Other duties include nurturing relationships with top accounts, leading the go to market strategy on new products and services, participating in national sales conferences and high level sales negotiations, setting targets and sales goals and developing and managing the sales budget.

As Vice President of Client Success at Courtroom Sciences, Clare is responsible for enhancing customer experience delivery across the organization. Clare's primary initiative is to ensure business decisions are focused around customer need, persistently and continuously improving program delivery. Additionally, facilitating interdepartmental communication and collaboration to reach Courtroom Sciences goal of being the provider of choice for its law firm and corporate clients.

Clare Foley has been a driving force in the litigation services market for more than 20 years. In her current role, Clare advises law firms and corporate clients on their cloud collaboration strategies, specifically around the deployment of our Opus 2 Magnum platform. Although originally from Ireland, Clare lives in the US and guides both US business strategies and international services for Opus 2. Clare is a contributing author to several trade publications and she is a regular speaker on cloud technology. Charted a course for continued improvements in process and margins to ensure the profitability and viability of the business.Marketing- Strategy and design, including collaboration on our old website and brochures.Sales - A significant contributor of over 35% of total revenue annually. Also worked on sales strategy and mentoring sales team members.Channel Development - Worked extensively with Certified Partner court reporting agencies to establish a win-win business relationship and first class service to our clients.Customer Service - Her philosphy of "Customers First" was a core foundation stone of the culture of this business that with her direction permeated throughout the organization.
