Across a number of roles, I support member owned, for purpose and small business enterprises to become, and remain, strong and resilient. I have a recognised strength of being able to work in complex situations, consider multiple influencing factors and create a clear and staged approach to delivering agreed outcomes. I bring people together to build meaningful, sustainable and financially viable business models with plans that add value and deliver positive outcomes for their people and communities. My approach is simple - I listen, am methodical, empathetic and empower through education and capacity building. My values are based on leaving everything better than I found it and leading the change I want to see in the world. These values are reflected in my focus over the past 20+ years as founder of award winning, regional professional services practice Sorted. I was also co-founder of Synergize Hub Inc, a co-working space for social entrepreneurs and micro-business owners in Bendigo; co-founder of bHive Bendigo Co-operative Ltd, a user owned place-based platform co-operative. My current board positions span community legal centres (ARC Justice) and development Co-operative (888 Co-operative Bonds Ltd). I am also a published author 'Sorted.
