I co-founded Celtic Harmony in 1998 to offer immersive educational experiences, and voluntary opportunities that celebrate cultural heritage, promote environmental sustainability and a deep connection with nature. We are proud to have won the Best Learning Team 2023 in the UK School Travel Awards.I’m a passionate advocate for cultural heritage preservation and environmental sustainability. As the CEO of Celtic Harmony, I am dedicated to promoting educational experiences and nature conservation.With a deep-rooted love for our cultural heritage, preservation of ancient skills and the natural world, I have helped Celtic Harmony to become an award winning organisation that offers unique and transformative experiences for individuals of all ages. Our mission is to inspire a connection with nature, appreciation for cultural heritage, and instil a sense of responsibility towards our environment.Celtic Harmony has flourished, providing a wide range of programs that bring Prehistory to life in an interactive and engaging way. From our Outdoor Prehistory Centre in Brickendon, in the Hertfordshire countryside, we strive to create diverse and immersive experiences that captivate and educate our visitors of all ages.Working closely with schools and community organisations, and by offering bursaries for FSM children we have expanded Celtic Harmony's reach and made a positive impact on a wider scale into deprived communities. In my dual role, as the Fundraising Manager at Celtic Harmony, I spearhead efforts to secure financial support and resources that are essential for the continued delivery of heritage, conservation, and environmental knowledge to a diverse range of visitors and volunteers. Through strategic planning and supportive relationships with sponsors and funding organisations, Celtic Harmony aims to make outdoor heritage experiences accessible to people who may not otherwise have the opportunity.
