The first analysis, which I also produced, was in 2010. This version is far more detailed and in depth, and demonstrates that the scheme achieved savings to Health and Social Care services of £1.29m over the two years 2012 to 2014.Included:Data analysis of nearly 13,000 individual records.Research into health and social care costs, including savings resulting from early intervention and prevention measures.

Led, along with other members of the project team, ten workshops for over 100 service users as part of the consultation process, and also held a quality assurance role in staff workshops to ensure the views of service users were considered in the redesign of the customer journey through Adult Social Care. Covered the switchover of the Ridge Hill and Oxford transmitters to digital television. Exceeded targets for training voluntary sector organisations, information provision to community groups, and support to vulnerable individuals across five counties. Included personnel management of 28 Village Agents, who provide a signposting service to help older people in Gloucestershire access services.
