Most recently I worked for Hays in Perth for 12 years as a Business Director. Hays is a multi-national recruitment company. I specialised in all temp/contract recruitment within the Banking/Finance, Insurance, Contact Centres, Insurance and Healthcare sectors. I also specialised in bulk recruitment working with high volume preferred supplier clients. I built and managed a very strong, successful Banking and Finance team, whilst still actively hands on recruiting throughout my career, managing a high volume temp desk.
