Marketing Coordinator for a small Australian manufacturing company with multiple subsidiaries with their own distinct brands and personalities. As a marketing coordinator, I worked with the sales team to reach out to our clients using face-to-face methods such as product showcases, exhibitions and trade night attendance. The submission of award nominations for the companies' products was also my responsibility; and won the company two awards. I also negotiated advertising in trade magazines. With regard to graphic design, the role involved the design of product brochures, merchandise, exhibition stands, trade night displays and signage. A large project included the onboarding of a new subsidiary, and refreshing their branding to align with the group and bring cohesion to an outdated design.

It also covered:- Maintenance of staff data of over 800 people, within the Bristol office and the Highways & Bridges team UK-wide,- Domestic and international travel for Directors and Senior Staff,- Internal comms, for example company-branded emails on behalf of the Bristol Location Director, the Director of Highways & Bridges and the Director of Architecture,- Event organisation including CPD seminars, networking events, and office Christmas parties.My role also saw me working alongside the Bristol Location Director, where I liaised between office staff and the Director. We implemented positive changes to the office environment based off suggestions and feedback from our colleagues. We also fed down information sent from the Executive Leadership Team in the UK to the office to keep everyone informed in a bi-monthly face-to-face briefing session to all colleagues based in Bristol.Finally, I became Microsoft Office champion to the wider teams. I also provided proofing, editing and formatting skills for technical reports and bids to be sent to clients, in both the Microsoft suite and the Adobe suite of programs.

I also played in Towers Watson's mixed futsal team in 2014, and participated annually in Towers Watson's volunteering program.
