She has notable experience in brand protection, IP portfolio prosecution and enforcement, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for marketing and advertising departments, new product development, supplier frameworks for goods and service provision, sponsorships, endorsements, creative commissioning, live events, public appearances, media production & placement and music licensing and all manner of advice relating to digital, social media, influencer and data protection.Clare trained with a leading law firm in the North West before taking on an in-house position at a global, luxury spirits and wines brand where she became one of their senior IP lawyers. Her next move was to co-found and head up the legal and business affairs of a successful talent management company looking after a roster of music and artist clients.
