I hold an MA from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the triple accredited Open University Business School. I have extensive knowledge and deep understanding of the insurance market, with experience across individual protection, group risk, and general insurance.I get to design and develop protection propositions that help people and businesses. I work with amazing cross-functional teams to bring them to life. I will always remain an advocate for the customer; balancing the commercial reality of managing risk and delivering value.I didn’t accidentally fall into working in insurance. I made a choice early on when completing a year-long graduate management programme. Insurance products made sense to me from the beginning I started working with them, and how much they can help people and businesses. Through my roles and professional qualifications, I embarked on a journey to learn as much as possible about the building blocks of insurance and the business that manages it.
