After a challenging and exciting 14 month secondment as Project Manager for both Care Closer to Home Mobilisation and Transformation and CQC Preparedness Project Lead I am returning to my substantive post of Performance and Assurance Lead for ACE. I look forward to using my newly acquired knowledge and skills within my existing post to maximise our reporting potential as well as continuing to maintain high standards of assurance for our commissioners and regulators.

I lead and support a range of business and service transformation work streams to ensure that ACE is able to deliver high quality services which meets the needs of patients, commissioners, partners and the wider community. I am compliance lead for organisational regulation and manage the team that deals with clinical audit, PROMS, patient safety, medical devices, patient experience, the annual quality account, quality and operational indicators plus the compliance database for the organisation.
