I am the epitome of a busy working Mum and wouldn’t have it any other way. I have 2 boys who inspire me daily to be a positive role model. I hope they see the importance of failing forward with a smile. Then getting up and trying again and being better. Being kind to others so they can also be their best self and encouraging team work. In addition I am passionate about activity improving mental well-being. Netball is my release valve so have been very involved with setting up a new club where there wasn’t one before. We have made netball available for all. This includes Low impact netball, skills training, drop in games and mixed netball too. This makes sport available for a few more people which I think is a great thingThis then leaves some hours for work. In those hours I am committed to working in partnership with the business on all people issues. My mantra is to be there to ensure people can do their job to the best of their ability. With a commercial approach I like to think this means our people our their authentic selves at work and have a culture that is inducive to performing. I learn daily from the people I work with and that is at all levels and all areas. I am driven to be better and not give up because of living with Rheumatoid Arthritis since 16 and much later in life being diagnosed with Dyslexia. I have found these are actually my secret supper powers
