While employed at one of the top-performing retail sites for in growth in the southeast region of the Lush market, my responsibilities include floor and storage maintenance, product tracking and turnover, loss prevention and analysis, and receiving/accounting for bi-weekly fresh product shipment. Additional responsibilities include one-to-one sales, cashiering, utilization of mobile POS (point of sale) during times of heavy traffic, as well as continuing education utilizing goal-setting and tracking in development of soft skills and operations/interpersonal effectiveness.

Within four months of joining the Gardner School of Midtown, I had been promoted from a support-staff role to assistant teacher, then a functioning lead teacher by five months with the company. During my time with the school I consistently received positive performance reviews by meeting and exceeding professional expectations. At my time of departure, all fourteen of my students were on track to meet or had met/exceeded their developmental milestones and goals.My responsibilities included weekly three-star curriculum planning, monthly newsletter generation, daily in-person and electronic correspondence with caregivers, classroom maintenance, continuing education training (CPR and AED certification, reporting responsibilities, etc.) as well as general classroom maintenance, as-needed supply shopping, and childhood growth and development tracking for biannual parent/teacher conferences.
