I have spent the last 15 years ping-ponging between the quant and creative worlds. I began my career working as a photographer and editor in the medical device industry. My next move was working in market research for an institutional investment firm, Batterymarch Financial Management. From there I became head of finance and operations for a historic, private elementary school in the Boston area. And for nearly a decade I served as chief editor for CCO magazine, while also running my own content marketing practice called SoloPortfolio. Today I run a company called Ravn Research, a marketing consultancy that helps brands produce and publish original research. Ravn is the culmination of a 15-year journey to integrate my fascination with the quantitative and the creative.
