Initially engaged as a consultant, I accepted a permanent position in 2016. This was a newly created role responsible for launching the business into the Australian market. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: •Initiated and leveraged strategic relationships within agriculture, education, media and corporate to raise awareness of the HiveXchange and develop digital capacity within the industry. Negotiated exclusive sponsorship of the Hort Connections event app, partnered with Growcom on their Innovation and Horticultural Code event series and secured high profile speaking engagements and media coverage in Australia and Asia. - In recognition of my work, I accepted the invitation to be a founding committee member of the PMA ANZ marketing taskforce in 2017. - Worked closely with the co-founders to create the brand strategy for the business. I developed brand messages, customer journeys and collateral. Identified and negotiated programs with a broad range of channels, converting these into a budget for the board. - I developed and delivered the product marketing strategy for the HiveXpress app launch in Sept 2018, a key deliverable for the business.- Developed and implemented all communications content for the business - including traditional, online and social.
