Follow up clients on sales & collections.

Accounts Receivable monitoring, collection, follow up sales agents on sales with outstanding receivables, ongoing project and complete project with outstanding balances. Also administrative support on; records keeping and document filing, Sales invoicing, Delivery receipt, Official Receipt.

Funeral Management and operation. I do sales calls on memorial plan and funeral services. Caskets stocks inventory and on funeral supplies, tools and equipments, cashiering, collection. Client assistance and customer service.

I facilitate cargo on releasing of imported goods, transfer, and loading for exported goods. Document preparation, segregation for customs house, shipping lines, and to other concern agencies. Prepare import releasing documents, export clearances and way-bills. Office and field communication and coordinations.
