As a Chief Enterprise Architect, my role revolves around ensuring that IT system plans are aligned with and enable our business strategy and transformation initiatives. I am responsible for organizing and directing the evaluation, review, analysis, and assessment of solutions to various complex programmatic information technology architectural and capability delivery challenges.In my position, I coordinate with portfolio managers, program managers, and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) IT compliance subject matter experts to guarantee that our systems and investments adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Collaboration with senior stakeholders both inside and outside the organization is crucial as we work together to develop and continually improve our IT governance and service strategy development processes. This ensures the effective and efficient review and approval of candidate investments.
