- Take ownership of escalated issues and work with resource manager/vendors for appropriate resources to resolve issues- Manage third party vendors to ensure O&M services are delivered in accordance with the agreed SLA- Maintain updated O&M documentation for IT Assets - Coordinate with vendor resources for patching exercise for Windows and Linux operating system, Antivirus definitions, third party software applications, and network devices etc.- Arrange and schedule weekly/monthly O&M meetings with customer, create and submit official notes of meeting, follow-up actions log and matters arising until closure- Preparation and submission ofO&M monthly report- Review policies and procedures to achieveOperations objectives- Coordinate write up of Incident Report for submission to customer and follow-up until closure- Preparation of Incident Report for submission and follow-up until closure- Track GITSIR alerts, responses and closure with internal Security team- Oversee remediation actions which arising from GITSIR, VA, and PT findings with internal and external IT Security Consultant.- Review data backup report- Review of user accounts and raise CR to cleanup dormant accounts when needed- Coordinate System & Software ChangeRequest for submission to customer and follow-up until closure
