• Meeting with clients to discuss their needs, works closely with clients throughout the campaigns• Managing administrative and organisational work by working with creative & technical team to ensure meeting client’s expectations, i.e. ensuring deadlines are met and within budget• Provide live support to resolve client inquiries or problems during social commerce campaigns• Provide customer support to resolve inquiries or complaints that were posted by the client’s customers on social media throughout the campaigns• Provide live support and server moderation in Web 3 space, i.e. NFT Projects Discord servers

• Responsible for Pre and Post-Contract administration works• Attend site meeting and site valuation• Liaison and negotiation with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers in costing matters, etc• Provide cost estimation, cost analysis and project budget• Preparation of project documentation, monitor budget and issuance of Letter of Award• Submission of main contract interim claims and variation claims• Final accounts settlement• Verification of sub-con claims and recommendation for payments to sub-con
