I also assist with the preparation and management of events.Since joining Arup, I have become involved in many activities which benefit the local community, such as I Wish, a national initiative which aims to encourage and motivate female secondary school students to pursue careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) and Time to Read, a Business in the Community Ireland initiative designed to allow staff to volunteer to foster a love of reading in children from disadvantaged areas.
