I work across all communities educating people in movement. My workshops are designed collaboratively with organisations and focus on the following; Learning sustainable ways to move more during your working day; Resolving common body niggles and persistent pain, Transitioning your workplace to a place where moving is part of your whole day; Working with schools globally to support teachers and children who know how to take care of their physical wellbeing (not just exercise). I have lots of ideas for enhancing all kinds of communities with movement.
