I am a health and wellness expert with over 10 years of experience, encompassing a unique blend of program development, continuous process improvement, employee relations, and leadership. Through my understanding of emerging trends in holistic health, and the psychology of change principals, I create and lead effective health and wellness programs. I help others achieve their next level of Health and Wellness.
