Working in collaboration with Department of Enterprise Trade & Employment and wider ecosystem stakeholders, this strategy and action plan contributes to the national policy and objectives to increase remote working for entrepreneurs, SMEs and the wider enterprise base throughout Ireland.Covid-19 Business Response/Return To Office:Led the development and implementation of the Enterprise Ireland Covid-19 Business Response for a global workforce of 800, dispersed across 50 global locations, involving complex project management, drawing from various teams based both in Ireland and globally, leveraging best practice hybrid working methodologies, to ensure a cohesive and professional business response plan anchored in Government guidance and public health advice. This work was commonly referred to as Return to Office (RTO).
