I started my career in Pharmacy with Well in 2015 and witnessed the company develop and grow. During these five years I repeatedly showed that I am of determined spirit, always willing to expand my skills and knowledge base and have a strong passion to progress. Starting as a pharmacy assistant, I was quickly inspired to take on a role with more responsibility and was employed for three years as Non-Pharmacist Branch Manager. I worked relentlessly to act as an outstanding role model to my team and consistently drew from experiences throughout my career to become an effective leader and produce excellent work all whilst proving my worth as a Store Manager to my peers, many of whom have been employed in the sector for longer than myself. The announcement of restructure of Well's Operations Management Team and removal of the Non-Pharmacist Branch Manager role lead me to opt for  redundancy.
