I graduated as a physiotherapist in 1999 and completed my Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2012. I have worked in a variety of private environments including sports medicine clinics and pain managements clinics, as well as teaching pilates 1:1 and in small groups. My initial experience with Pilates was a personal one whilst wrestling with my own chronic low back condition. Having seen the amazing effects of this simple and gentle exercise early on in my experience I persued education in this area. I now share my experience and knowledge with any who will listen really! I have a passion for assisting people to move how they are meant to move, rather than how they move due to injury or illness. My aim is to make Physiotherapy as accessible as possible to anyone who needs it.
