Assisting with openings of new Sonder hotels and multi-family properties across EMEA, ensuring we are on time, to budget and on brand and working at scale. Managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are informed, consulted and on track. Managing and ensuring the implementation of Sonder's bespoke openings playbook. Make on-the-ground decisions during move-in phases to meet opening needs and stick to the budget. Staging of properties for listings. Supporting the Building Openings Manager in the on-going development of Sonder’s openings capability, providing timely feedback and information for the regional reports and data gathering Issue and review RFPs for project-specific work (logistic providers, network installers, lock vendors, 3PLs, photographers etc.) and negotiate and support vendor agreements / contracts. Supporting the operations team before, during and after the takeover of properties (admin, tours and demonstrations, archiving information regarding buildings pre Sonder and since etc.) Supporting teams across all London, Scotland and Ireland properties, working on building refreshes and closes
