The Nexstar/Tribune sale closed in 2019, my job was eliminated.Worked with Wendy Logsdon, Sr Director, Group Programming.• Managed the schedules for two major market CW Affiliates as well as a mid-market IND station, all at the same time.• Daily program scheduling in SIMS for television stations KDAF in Dallas, KIAH in Houston, and digital subchannel WTTV4.2 in Indianapolis.• Collaborated with all levels of Management, Engineering, Traffic, Sales, Finance, Corporate, and Network, as well as Syndicators and Distributors to insure error- and panic-free broadcast days.• Communicated all three stations’ schedules internally. Communicated each station’s schedule with the Listing Services and follow up to correct any discrepancies.• Was the source for all levels and all departments to have the information necessary to do their job.• Was in constant communication and collaboration with my colleagues across all departments as well as all legacy-Tribune stations.• Managed OTT blackouts for all legacy-Tribune stations, identifying local or syndicated programs that cannot stream.• Was in constant communication and collaboration with the OTT streaming services, following up with the Listing Services to correct schedule mis-matches for all legacy-Tribune stations.• Managed both the CBS and the FOX Networks’ streaming portals for all legacy-Tribune stations.• Created central tools for Tribune station programmers. An example; a central master list for the Listing Services. We were frustrated not knowing which service to hound when a station's schedule was incorrect on, say, Hulu's on-screen listings. I tracked down, gathered into an Excel chart, and distributed to my peers, contact information for real people at each service, and information on which end-user each service feeds.• Completed KDAF and KIAH FCC reporting; Kids 398, Issues Reports, Children's Commercial Compliance. Post to the FCC website and provided hardcopies for the stations’ Public Inspection File.
