- Joined Women in Animation circle to elevate my industry and production knowledge and learning with six other people fostering a collaborative learning space.- Learned fundamental industry practices, comprehensive insights into Production and VFX workflow pipeline.- Received guidance on working in a professional group environment, effective project management strategies, practical skills etc. for my professional success.- Learned topics such as: Production Department Hierarchy, VFX Pipeline, the day-to-day life of a department/show coordinator and production assistant, importance of note taking, guest talks from industry professionals, networking strategies, LinkedIn tips, and cultivating strong resumes and professional etiquette.

- Designed print and digital marketing material for various departments of the college as well as for the National Science Foundation.- Assisted production of Light Talks interviews on women in photonics. Major contributions were to video and sound editing as well as animated intro and outro title cards.

- Supported the Chairmen in daily responsibilities including coordinating, scheduling, and attending meetings, recording and later distributing minutes, data entry, managing schedules, maintaining and organizing file drives, assisting with student calls, and any other assigned tasks.- Maintained and updated objectives, goals, and progress for each Digital Media department in the Strategic Planning Online (SPOL) system to be advised by the department Dean and Vice President.- Optimized workflow by organizing and creating assets and automated forms for quarterly tasks. Facilitated inviting students to participate in art show exhibition resulting in a 36% increase in high school submissions.- Advised recent graduates to prepare them for entering the workforce including guidance in building resumes, demo reels, and portfolios, connecting graduates with employers and openings that would best fit their skill set.
