I was responsible for strategic planning and subsequent delivery of a full mix marketing strategy to launch a new Barclays product (Money Mentors) across the entire Barclays UK branch and digital network. Working within a highly complex corporate structure to manage stakeholders across Barclays at all levels. Responsible for owning the marketing objectives and ensuring strong communication, efficient decision making and regular updates at senior level.Ownership of a budget of c.£1m and a highly ambitious marketing target.

Geospatial Insight are a leading tech comany who provide alternative data in form of visual evidence via a properiteary SaaS platorm. Data is derived from the analysis of satellite, aerial and drone imagery and the integration of this intelligence with a range of other data sources, integrated with machine learning and AI to deliver data solutions to enable better understanding of risk. The company works extensively within the insurance and investment sectors delivering both InsurTech and FinTech solutions. I was responsible for building the marketing function from scratch, developing the strategy, recruiting and managing the team.

Croner Taxwise are specialist providers of Tax Fee Protection Insurance Schemes to Accountancy Practices and part of Peninsula Business Services Limited. Member of the management team of 5 responsible for running the business. Created and managed a marketing team of 10 through a large-scale merger, including managing underperforming individuals out of the business. Rebuilt an underperforming brand in its entirety including defining market position, appointing agencies and unveiling a high profile new brand launch in 3 months.

Responsible for Brand strategy development, management and implementation including offline and digital, transition of the business to a SaaS platform by adapting the marketing strategy, introduced digital marketing strategy, customer journey and integrated CRM (Salesforce) for end-to-end web lead management. New product development for key launches in particular new Divisions of Majenta and driving the launch of a new flagship software solution (MX) to market and responsible for all channel marketing activity as the reseller for multiple vendors including Autodesk, Dell, HP and NetApp.

Responsible for the day to day running of the marketing team, I worked to implement campaigns relating to the provision of IT solutions. Typically focusing on lead generation for a demanding sales team, my role included managing PR, events, direct mail, emarketing, customer communications and telemarketing as well as working with our own CRM solution to ensure activity was properly measured and data clean at all times.
