Responsible for qualified finance appointments in the Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire regions salaries range from £30-100K.Winning new business, conducting interviews, client meetings, fee negotiation, job matching, offer management and maintaining long-term relationships.Management and development of a team of 5 including weekly/monthly appraisals, job training, coaching and support.Selling advertising campaigns and digital on line solutions.Delivered both contingency and retained recruitment solutions.Securing preferred supplier agreements with SME's and PLC's.Selected to be the South Coast Senior Finance Advocate leading by example and sharing knowledge across my peer group this included delivering a presentation to the CEO of Hays PLC Alistair Cox "Growing senior finance on the south coast".Won and successfully delivered a Financial Times Advertised campaign search for a Group Financial Controller (six figure salaried role) within a large PLC in Dorset.

Responsible for placing permanent qualified accountancy staff in the city of London salaries ranging from £40-100k.Winning new business, interviewing, client meetings, job matching, fee negotiation, offer management and building long-term relationships.Set up the desk from scratch this involved numerous cold calls, networking and business development.

London West End

Responsible for placing trainee accountants and accounting support staff Central London salaries £15-£35k.Arranged a high volume of interviews between 50-70 per month.Securing a large number of supplier agreements with SME's and larger well-known Plc's.Office management and coaching, training, developing new starters.Building long-term client relationships resulting in repeat and exclusive business.National company wide part-qualified top performer for 5 years running. In 2005 I was £100k ahead of second place.
