Developed database of 15,000 qualified prospects in both events and tour/travel, doubled the events revenue from previous year ($500,000+) and increased number of events tenfold in a year and a half. Revamped events image and trained park staff to better understand event production and sales.

Organized & managed events, including 1995 Pavarotti concert on Miami Beach, ’89 & ’95 Super Bowl Corporate events, Sly Stallone Planet Hollywood opening, his housewarming, 50th birthday party & President Clinton fundraiser. Conducted sales missions to Europe, Latin America and Caribbean. Executive Producer of Miami Centennial (1995-96) formed and managed 16 community volunteer committees, raised over two million dollars and produced AT&T SuperExtravaganza with 150,000 attendees in downtown Miami.

Based in Monaco, managed licensing & sponsorship for Miami office including Expo’500 Seville, Spain, Italia’90 World Cup, ’92 Ameriflora, Columbus, OH. Was responsible for securing Coca Cola $750,000 sponsorship for Ameriflora and multiple sponsorships for Seville 1992 Worlds Fair.

Trained fully commissioned sales staff, directed campaign which recruited more than 1,000 members & over $1 million in revenue within first two years of GMCVB’s opening. Served on major community event committees (Super Bowl, Pow Wow, Summit, Expos) on behalf of GMCVB & represented Miami-Dade at national conventions.
