• I performed over the phone veterinary triage and gave the most appropriate advice.Key Responsibilities:
• Over the phone triage of patients on behalf of both insurance companies and animal charities.
• Clinical and behavioural advice given for both home management of clinical signs and in the interim prior to veterinary treatment.Significant Achievements:
• I was promoted to supervisor and ultimately Quality and Training Manager as a result of the high quality of my calls, advice given and accuracy recording data, along with excellent communication skills.

• Liaising closely with Patent Attorneys and colleagues at all levels.
