Take inbound calls from brokers needing assistance with their portals/profiles. Helped navigate the broker through different systems that they would needs to sign up their clients. When broker called in for assistance for resetting passwords for certain systems, I would guide them.

Take inbound/outbound calls to patients on adherence of medications, probe patients with questions on how compliant they are with their medications and see why they are not taking them as prescribed and explain the importance of doing so and how we could help them make it easier to make them compliant (90 day supply/home delivery). Greet and take incoming calls from customers inquiring about questions on their billing statements: help customers add/suspend/delete lines, update customer demographics, send out FedEx information, return devices, make new orders, trade ins; took bilingual calls to diffuse a situation with angry customers.

Process incoming prescriptions through E-scripts, fax, phone, or patient. Call Dr’s office for errors on prescription; call insurances for any pending nonpaid claims. Call patients to notify them of any pending situations on their prescriptions.
